We understand that sometimes plans can change and you may no longer be able to attend the course you've booked. That's why we will review applications for refunds that are made in writing 10 days before the course starts (via e-mail is also acceptable).
If you have applied in writing ten days in advance of the course starting, we can potentially offer a 70% refund of the course costs or postpone your course to a later start date. Please note that if the issue with the course is the time or the level of the course, we'd be happy to switch you into a more suitable stream, as long as there are spaces available.
You may be in the situation where you have a multi-month booking. For example, you have booked six consecutive months of courses and made a saving by booking these as a block. This is considered one block booking, and any requests for refunds must be made no later than ten days before the start date of the first course month. If you meet our refund criteria, you may then be eligible for a 70% refund of your course fees.
If your course is VISA related and we've issued an enrollment letter, we would need the Visa Refusal letter in order to refund 70% of your Course Fee.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund for any bookings made for TELC exams. This is because we are a registered examination centre with TELC and the TELC policy does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
As always, if you have a question regarding cancellations or refunds, please get in touch to discuss your particular situation. It may be that we can find a solution by switching you into another level or another course type.
